So, before reading her novels which were released from 1811 to 1817, in the following order :  Sense and Sensibility, Pride and Prejudice, Mansfield Park, Emma,  Northanger Abbey, Persuasion, I decided to go back to her teenage years, reading Love and Friendships, and other early works.

a brand new Star Trek series to start in January 2017, a few months after Star Trek's 50th anniversary!!! oooooo this is so exciting!!! 
I can't wait to discover this new creation, which would've been even better to kickstart in September 2016 for the franchise's 50th anniversary, but the fact that its no longer in limbo and not a mere project idea or rumour tremendlessly excites me... I want to know everything about it...

Will it take place in the original time line, or mirror universe, or reboot world ? How far into the future will it be set ? What new alien races are we going to meet as the trek goes on ?

I'm afraid that the answers won't be known for some time, unless one could pear into Alex Kurtzman's brains... his mind, to our minds...

As this article ends ''The new television series is not related to the upcoming feature film Star Trek Beyond which is scheduled to be distributed by Paramount Pictures in summer 2016. one can assume the answers for the time line would most probably continue the original one and not the rebooted world...
